The taps told you too late.
See gallons, percent and estimated days left before the tank is empty.
Your well. Your cistern. Your water.
See how much water is left. Hear when it gets low.
Pause the sprinklers before they empty the house.
Control Freak Water Supply, brought to you by Control Freak.
A complete kit of its own.
Sound familiar?
See gallons, percent and estimated days left before the tank is empty.
Pause irrigation below your chosen level. Stop the booster below its low water floor.
Hear a local alarm when water is low. Phone alerts can reach you by push, text or email.
How it works
Enter tank size and shape, then set empty and full points for readings in gallons.
Set the booster floor, irrigation pause level and pump house temperature rule.
Level, floats and temperature feed local rules. Days left is an estimate based on the last week of use.
What makes it different
A Wi-Fi or internet drop changes nothing about the rules running on the controller. The local alarm still works while powered.
A falling faster than usual alert tells you to check for a running hose, a leak or unexpected use. It does not identify the cause.
A temperature probe warns about freeze risk. A connected heater can switch on below your set temperature.
What's included
Controller, the outputs and sensors this product uses, and Home Assistant built in. It can also run from a Pool controller’s spare outputs.
Your tank, pumps, heater, contactor and solenoid valves are not included. Confirm equipment compatibility before installation.
Home Assistant
Home Assistant built in. No subscription. See water readings and controls together on your home network.
Choose push, text, email or alarm. Phone alerts need internet. Controller rules and the local alarm do not depend on Wi-Fi or internet.
Honest limits
Choose one level OR one house pressure reading, not both. This demo uses level. It does not test water quality.
This kit does not monitor pump cycles or the bladder tank. Keep your existing pump protector.
A 240 V well pump needs an electrician and a contactor. Rules and the alarm need power. Freeze watch cannot guarantee pipes will not freeze.
Try it here
Try low water, a fast drop or a cold night. Every reading is simulated.
